I am the mother of two children. My son, now six years old had suffered from recurring ear infections since he was three. It came to the point where his behaviour was affected at nursery because he was suffering from hearing loss as a result of the ear infections. It took several visits to the doctor and private consultants who advised me that my son would need grommets put in because he suffered from a glue ear as a result of the recurring ear infections. Fortunately, I heard about Dipika Joshi and took my son to her clinic for an allergy test. It was detected that my son suffered from a wheat and dairy intolerance, something I would have failed to realise myself. It was difficult to keep a child from such a diet but it was a choice between an operation or diet control and I chose the latter just like any anxious mother would. My son was due a follow up appointment three months before the procedure for the grommet was to take place. Within those three difficult months, my son was put on a wheat free and dairy free diet, along with nutrients to build his immune system. To my amazement when we took him back to the consultant for another hearing test, his hearing was fine and had returned to normal. The diet had turned his world around and he didn't need an operation. Since then he has had no hearing problems. Thanks to Dipika who made all this possible.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having reached a mid-life crisis, I decided to take up a leisure pursuit requiring a medical certificate. Being slightly overweight and under exercised but, I considered, healthy, I had not had a medical examination since leaving school. The surprise was high blood pressure, a problem others suffered, not me!
The prescribed medication had in two instances resulted in unpleasant side effects. My opinion of media coverage of medical maters, my only source of information, is that the research is funded by multi national companies whose primary intention is to sell me my product.
In Dipika I found a person whose examination is far broader than I previously experienced and opinions I have learnt to trust. The medication I have been given has no side effects and I now feel ‘better', a nebulous term, but includes intangibles such as better concentration, more objective, less tired and more stamina and my blood pressure is now where it should be.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have known Dipika Joshi for about three years and over that time have seen a vast improvement in my health and general well being.
Previously I had been very bloated, diagnosed with IBS, suffering almost continuous back pain and had taken HRT for over ten years. When enquiring from a GP about allergy testing, as my quality of life was so poor, I was told that she didn't know anything about it and there was no alternative but to live with the symptoms.
Luckily I saw Dipika's name and details in a local pharmacy and subsequently booked allergy tests. These showed that I was allergic to several things but the main one was wheat. Over time, she discovered that my blood sugar levels were creeping up and although I was not diabetic, there was a risk of developing diabetes. My hormone levels were very unbalanced so I had to come off the HRT, as it was doing me more harm than good. I also had some mineral deficiencies and was losing muscle not fat.
Now, my blood sugar level has decreased, all the original symptoms have gone and I look and feel a lot better. I still have to avoid wheat products but have learnt to live with this inconvenience. Several friends have been to her on my recommendation and been pleased with the results. .
Our youngest daughter was very ill a while back, she had visited two BUPA specialists to try and determine the problem and my husband and I were getting increasingly concerned as she was getting worse and they couldn't pinpoint anything directly. Dipika suspected on the first visit that her liver was not functioning correctly and after a test this was confirmed and she has made a full recovery, plus taking on board useful health tips so that this doesn't recur.
Dipika is an asset to her profession, she is highly conscientious, knowledgeable, very caring and supportive – all necessary attributes when dealing with alternative medicine/allergies etc. I have found it tough especially when faced with adversity from people who only swear by the NHS for treatment and cures and are highly sceptical of anyone else. It is a pity that all these people cannot work together to improve the nations health and attitude, particularly towards preventative measures.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I have known Dipika for just under one year and in that time she has helped me, both mentally and physically. She has identified the physical areas that require treatment, and over a period of months has guided me to better health. I feel stronger and better able to cope with the stresses of everyday life.
She has the ability to listen and understand, is caring and always willing to help. She has also helped my aged parents.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Having suffered from chronic fatigue, IBS, depression, muscle and joint pain and poor circulation all my life (I'm now 43), I was in a very desperate state by the time I met Dipika. It was at the Vitality Show in London in March 2005 and after a live blood test showed up my deficiencies and abnormalities on the screen in front of me in black and white, I could have cried with relief. I had actually found someone who not only believed me when I said I felt very ill but could also offer more than just a treatment for my symptoms. Having previously seen doctors, psychologists, specialists and even consulted a consultant chemical pathologist, I at last had found someone I trusted and I had proof that it wasn't ‘all in my head'. This wasn't a ‘quick fix' but Dipika assured me that I would be healthy within 6 months. Although this did seem a while off I knew that each day that passed would be one day closer to me being well for the first time in my life.
I underwent different tests with Dipika which showed up nutrient deficiencies of great significance that hadn't even featured in my GP's tests. Dipika advised me to take certain supplements, which were reviewed at our meeting each month, and although the number of tablets I had to take each day felt like a meal in itself, I soon settled down to a regular routine.
As the weeks passed I started to notice that my muscles weren't as tired and I could actually walk further than 100m without having to sit down. My body temperature rose from 95 degrees to 98 degrees. My IBS cleared up, my joints stopped being painful and my depression lifted. Exactly as Dipika had told me, by Christmas I was fit and well. If I hadn't listened to Dipika I would still be very poorly indeed.
Today I feel no illness or fatigue at all. In fact, I've just come back from a ‘walk' up our local Pendle Hill, which is about 1000ft at a 60 degree climb and I feel great! Having lost my job (after 24 years in banking) to my illness, I am now ready to go back to work on a full time basis.
I am so very grateful to Dipika for all she has done for me. I would not hesitate for one moment in recommending her to anyone.

My mood was very low, my weight shot up and I was constantly tired. My doctor wanted me to take anti-depressants. Dipika found the problem – an under-active thyroid – and treated the condition with diet and nutritional supplements so that I did not have to take thyroxin medication.
I now feel enthusiastic about life again. Thank you, Dipika.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am writing the history of my daughter's illness and recovery in the hope that more people will seek alternative guidance when in a seemingly desperate situation. My daughter had eczema as a baby; as she got older this became minor. Instead asthma developed from being one to two minor bouts a year to being almost continuous by the time she was 10. (Between the ages of 6 and 8, homeopathy and massage therapy had some success). In the autumn of 2002, as well as asthma, other symptoms became more and more obvious; feeling sick most of the time, stomach cramps, bloated stomach, poor circulation, fainting, pains in her legs and sleeping badly.
In December 2002 I tried the GP again, hoping that these symptoms might be taken seriously. However he gave her a different inhaler and said the symptoms may be the start of irritable bowel syndrome.
It was at this time that a friend recommended Dipika Joshi. Dipika used Biological Terrain analysis to identify what was going on. My daughter had got to the point where her blood was overloaded with toxins and her immune system was unable to function properly. In all we had three visits to Dipika. Each time the medication/nutrition was modified as she progressively improved. Within 6 months she was again able to eat wheat and sugar again which made a huge difference to our lives.
After 10 months she was fending off the usual round of coughs and colds – having only 2 days off in the autumn. The previous year it had been three weeks.

I had the BTA test, Vitality and Longevity Analysis and Live Blood Analysis so far. I've been taking nutritional supplements, Chinese Herbs and have had a relatively good diet for years, but wanted to find out exactly what my nutritional status is. I didn't expect to learn so much from the tests. The BTA revealed my tissues are too acidic, my mineral status was low, and the toxicity level and heavy metal level was a bit high. The Vitality and Longevity Analysis showed my metabolism was low but kidney function was okay. I was amazed to see my red blood cells moving around during the Live Blood Analysis. They looked like bombs had been thrown at them (now I know what ‘free radical damage' looks like). Pretty scary! My white cells looked pale and immobile, too weak to fight infection. This has really motivated me to clean up my diet, exercise more, and reduce the environmental toxins in my home. I want to try the other diagnostic tests and treatments, since I respect Dipika's knowledge and her integrity, and she has a very caring way of working. She makes suggestions that I can follow. It's great to know exactly what to take without any guesswork, and that I can measure the results in a month's time.
